LBCC basbeball

  The LBCC baseball program dates back to 1970 with first head coach Dick McClain, who boasted a winning record of 181 to 80 and an even better conference record of 74 and 6.  McClain’s teams won the Oregon Community College Athletics Association  championships five out of six times they qualified. Today's LBCC Roadrunners are likewise enjoying a winning record, currently 10-2, with about 30 more games to go. This year’s Roadrunners are aiming for another shot at the NWAC championship. Linn-Benton’s baseball team has not had a losing record since the 2013-14 season, over a decade ago and even then it was under a new head coach who went on to have three winning seasons.  The Northwest Athletic Conference is made up of 37 community college athletic programs in the Pacific Northwest.
